1. Who provides Allventory

Skutrix Inc provides Allventory. These terms cover the Allventory app, web app, and related inventory services. Use of the service also involves the privacy policy and the plan information shown before a purchase.

2. Using your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Allventory. If the law where you live requires parental authorization for your use of the service or a particular use of your information, you may use Allventory only with the active consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We may request proof of authorization where required by law and limit access if it cannot be provided. Keep your sign-in secure, provide accurate account information, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. An inventory can have multiple members with different permissions. Owners manage access and billing for that inventory; allowances are shared across its members.

3. Your content and shared access

You retain your rights in content you add. You give Skutrix Inc and its service providers permission to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate Allventory and provide the features you request. This permission lasts while the content is held under our privacy policy and does not transfer ownership to us. Upload only content you have the right to use. Invite others carefully: members can access information according to their permissions, and an owner can change or remove their access.

4. AI suggestions and item values

AI recognition, categories, attributes, receipt details, and value estimates may be incomplete or incorrect. Review suggestions before saving or relying on them. Value estimates are informational and are not professional appraisals. Insurance supporting documents record selected inventory information; they do not guarantee coverage, claim acceptance, or payment.

5. Trial and plan allowances

Starter Trial is available once per user for the period and allowances shown in the app and plans page. It does not require a payment method. Paid plan features and account-wide allowances for members, inventory, storage, and AI credits are shown in the current plan details and purchase flow. The app explains when AI credits are used and how balances are replenished or capped. Credits may be charged for completed analysis even if you do not save its results.

6. Purchases, renewal, and cancellation

A trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. A paid subscription starts only when you choose and confirm a purchase. The applicable store or web checkout shows the current price, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation options before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew under the terms presented by that purchase channel until canceled. You can manage or cancel through the purchase channel indicated in the app. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and leaves paid access in place through the purchased period. Refund eligibility and any effect of a refund on access depend on the purchase channel and applicable law. Contact support@skutrix.com if you cannot identify your purchase channel.

7. Access after a plan ends

When a trial ends without a paid plan, or a paid entitlement ends without renewal, inventory access closes. The owner can manage the account and obtain an eligible paid plan during the recovery period described in the app and privacy policy; the inventory is then scheduled for deletion. Export records you wish to keep before access ends. Deleting an inventory also closes access immediately and starts its owner recovery period. Deleting the sole owner’s personal identity can end recovery of an inventory already scheduled for deletion.

8. Responsible use and service limits

Do not attempt unauthorized access, compromise other inventories, interfere with the service, use automated requests to overload it, or upload unlawful content. We may enforce technical request, job, upload, and concurrency limits to protect the service and other users, including temporary rate limits or pauses. These operational limits are separate from the allowances shown for your plan and may change as the service evolves. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to investigate misuse, protect users or the service, or comply with law.

9. Availability and changes to the service

The service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, security incidents, provider failures, or feature changes. Skutrix Inc does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, a specific uptime percentage, or a response or restoration time. There is no service-level agreement unless we separately agree to one in writing. We may change or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and required notice. For a material reduction to a core feature during a prepaid period, we will give reasonable advance notice when practical and provide an appropriate remedy consistent with the purchase channel and applicable law.

10. Exports and important records

Export formats and options depend on the current plan and are shown in the app. Generated downloads are temporary and may expire. Exports may omit information or attachments depending on the selected format and options. Keep independent copies of essential records, receipts, photos, and other files, and check exports before relying on them. We cannot guarantee that every record can be restored after corruption, loss, deletion, or interruption. The privacy policy describes data handling and deletion.

11. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Allventory is provided “as is” and “as available.” Except for promises expressly made in these terms or required by law, Skutrix Inc disclaims express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that access will be continuous, timely, secure, or error-free, or that every defect or lost record can be corrected or restored. This disclaimer does not affect statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

12. Limits on liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skutrix Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to Allventory. This includes lost profits or revenue, loss of use or goodwill, lost or corrupted data, property-related losses, and costs or claims resulting from unavailable or inaccurate inventory records, including insurance claim delays or denials. To the same extent, Skutrix Inc’s aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Allventory during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, personal injury, or any other liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. External services and service providers

Visual-search services, resale marketplaces, app stores, and payment services have their own terms. Skutrix Inc does not guarantee an external valuation, sale, listing acceptance, or third-party availability. We may add, replace, or remove service providers. Our separate provider register describes the current setup; routine register updates do not by themselves change these terms or require renewed acceptance. Applicable legal or contractual notice and consent requirements still apply.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post a revision date and provide notice of material changes through the app, website, email, or another appropriate channel when required by law. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.

15. Governing law

California law governs these terms, except where mandatory consumer protections in another location apply.

16. Individual arbitration

Before filing a claim, contact support@skutrix.com so we can try to resolve it. Except for claims eligible for small claims court or claims that cannot lawfully be arbitrated, you and Skutrix Inc agree to resolve disputes about Allventory through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Claims will be brought only in an individual capacity, not as a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law. Arbitration may be conducted by documents, phone, or video; any in-person hearing location will follow the applicable consumer arbitration rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement. Filing fees, remedies, and small-claims access follow the applicable AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and law.

17. Court proceedings

For claims that cannot be arbitrated, the state or federal courts in California have exclusive jurisdiction and venue, subject to any mandatory law that provides otherwise. Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court as permitted by the applicable consumer arbitration rules and law.
